Roof Replacement

Roof Repair
Missing shingles cause water intrusion through the exposed underlayment and decking. We don't just replace the missing shingle. We check the deck for moisture damage with a Protimeter pin meter, replace any compromised underlayment, and weave new CertainTeed Landmark shingles into the existing pattern.
Storm Damage Repair
Wind damage doesn't always look obvious from the ground. Lifted shingles, broken seals, exposed nail heads. You can't see any of that without getting on the roof. Our Rockport inspector does a full 27-point inspection, free of charge.
New Roof Installation
A new roof installation starts with getting the specs right. Roof pitch determines your material options. Attic space determines ventilation needs. Local code determines underlayment requirements. We handle all of that before the first shingle goes on.
Metal Roofing

Shingle Roofing

Flat Roofing
Flat roofs need special attention. Water doesn't run off, it sits. We install TPO, PVC, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems designed to handle ponding water in Illinois's climate.
Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in Illinois. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
Clogged gutters cause fascia rot. We see it on every other house in Rockport. We install new gutters with proper pitch, adequate downspout capacity, and optional gutter guards if you're done cleaning them twice a year.
Roof Inspection
Our Rockport roof inspections cover shingles, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vent, soffit, gutters, and decking condition. You get a written report with photos. If nothing's wrong, we tell you that.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
Skylight Installation
Vented skylights open to let hot air escape. Great for kitchens and bathrooms in Rockport. Fixed skylights are cheaper and simpler. Solar-powered options from VELUX qualify for the federal 30% tax credit through 2032.
